雞蛋糕


材料:
1.蛋 4顆、
2.細砂糖 120公克
3.低筋麵粉 140公克 、
4.鮮奶 60公克、
5.泡打粉 2公克





做法:

將蛋、細砂糖放入碗內打發後,再加入低筋麵粉、泡打粉和鮮奶混合攪拌均勻。
倒入容器內以約170度的火溫烤熟即可
