1.蛋 4顆、---------------------4 Eggs
2.細砂糖 120公克 -----------120 gram Sugar
3.低筋麵粉 140公克---------140 gram low protein flour
4.鮮奶 60公克、--------------60 gram milk
5.泡打粉 2公克----------------2 gram baking powder
做法:-----------------------------Method :
將蛋、細砂糖放入碗內打發後,再加入低筋麵粉、泡打粉和鮮奶混合攪拌均勻。
倒入容器內以約170度的火溫烤熟即可.
Mix eggs , sugar , Beat on high speed until fluffy , beat in low protein flour , baking powder , and milk on low speed , pour into pan .
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean . 170 degrees .
